However, what the Court\u2019s liberal and conservative justices actually evaluated in\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/20pdf\/20a87_4g15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roman Catholic Diocese v. Cuomo<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0was whether\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/news\/no-20268-continuing-temporary-suspension-and-modification-laws-relating-disaster-emergency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York\u2019s coronavirus restrictions<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0had targeted religion for harsh treatment.
